Per-lift analytics with a compare mode

Pick an athlete, pick a logged exercise, and interrogate the progression: summary stats, a metric chart (best e1RM and more), and the underlying sets table. Compare mode overlays the current window against the equal-length window before it — with signed deltas on every stat.

A set logger athletes actually use

Good analytics start with good logging. The athlete app's set grid autosaves as they train — weight, reps, effort — with live e1RM feedback, lb/kg and RPE/RIR toggles, warmup rows, and per-exercise history with PRs right there on the gym floor.
